How I work

About

A short account of the habits behind the work—not another stack list.

About Liam

I like software work where the problem crosses boundaries: an interface exposes a service decision, a data constraint changes the product promise, or a small delivery improvement gives the whole team time back.

On a team

I write down decisions, surface uncertainty early, and prefer small changes that are easy to observe and reverse. I want critique while a choice is still cheap to change.

Quiet enough to think.

Care is easier to see in the small choices: a clear label, a reversible deploy, and a note left for whoever arrives next.
